The apartments were modern and well-equipped, with perfect storage for ski equipment. the wellness area, with saunas, jacuzzis, and a relaxation room, was a nice bonus. the breakfast offered a delicious variety of choices. the location was convenient for skiing and there was a ski bus stop nearby.
The sofa in the living room was broken, making it uncomfortable. the layout of the bedrooms was not ideal, as one had to pass through another to access the kitchen and living room.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment. Calm and quiet location. Conveniently close to a grocery store. Nice playroom and outside playground. Beautiful view from the window. Ski room, spa, and sauna available. Modern and clean apartment. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Dishwasher saves time.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The location of the hotel was great, being near to one of the main attractions. the apartment was fully equipped with a modern kitchen and amenities, making it easy to prepare food during the holidays. the relaxing spa was a plus, with 2 saunas, 2 jacuzzis, and 1 relaxation room.
Sadly, the upkeep of the hotel was subpar. the grass in the area around the hotel was overgrown and needed maintenance.

Had a great Xmas at a modern apartment near the ski resort. Loved the perfect location, as it was just a few minutes' walk to one of the main ski lifts and close to supermarkets. We enjoyed storing our ski equipment in the ski room, which helped in drying them off, directly from the slopes to our room. The apartment had a complementary spa, which was not just a great way to unwind after skiing but also included a sauna that pretty much defined the holiday mood. One more thing, we loved the breakfast with all kinds of delicious choices for a perfect start to the day.
Room service could've been better. They did not provide basic cleaning at our apartment, which made our holiday feel more of a "home stay" rather than a hotel. However, the view from our window was incredible, but the smell of shoes kept outside each room was off-putting. a fantastic holiday at a fantastic location!

The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and a dishwasher that saved us time. the location was great, away from the noisy road but still within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, and the thermal spa. the hotel also had a fantastic playground for kids and a nice playroom indoors.
The rooms were a bit dark, especially on the east side where I stayed. the colors of the walls and the poor lighting in the evenings made it feel a bit gloomy.

We had a great experience staying in a modern and well-maintained complex surrounded by nature. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the spa area which had saunas and jacuzzis to relax in after a long day. the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, and everything was delicious. Location-wise, it was conveniently situated just a short walk away from the main ski lifts and other attractions.
The lack of signage leading to the property which made it difficult to locate.
